We can, however, change our own attitudes about our weight. It isn't that the fitness revolution is negative; we all should be pursuing optimum health, whatever that means for each of us. And we need all the help we can get because those fitness ads are sandwiched between the junk food commercials. Talk about a schizophrenic media culture!
